A charming semi-detached bungalow in a prime location, suitable for up to 4–6 people.
The property has been recently renovated.
This vacation home is located just 200 meters from the dunes.

The home features a neat kitchen with a combination oven, dishwasher, gas stove, and both a Nespresso and a drip coffee maker. The kitchen is furnished with four comfortable chairs, a stool, and a Stokke chair. For the little ones, there is also an IKEA high chair. 
In the living room, you’ll find a cozy sitting area with a large corner sofa, coffee table, and a TV with German channels, Netflix, and a DVD player. There’s also a second dining table in the living room where you can read, work, or play games. These games are already waiting for you in the cabinet. Of course, you can use a reliable internet connection (WiFi).
The hallway contains the toilet, the coat closet, and the washing machine.

There are three bedrooms on the upper floor. The master bedroom has a double bed measuring 180x200 cm, and the smaller bedrooms have beds measuring 140x200 cm and 120x200 cm, respectively. Six single-person duvets are provided.
All bedrooms have ample closet space and are equipped with Velux skylights with electric shutters. 
For younger guests, a crib is available, along with a stair gate for safety.
Finally, on the upper floor is the bathroom with a shower (with a thermostatic faucet) and a sink.

The backyard faces south and is accessible through sliding glass doors. It features a large garden table with five chairs (with cushions) and a parasol. A small wall surrounds the patio.
Before the start of summer, a gate will be installed to close off the garden path at the rear, and a bike rack will be placed at the front to securely store your bicycle.

It is a wonderful vacation home suitable for families with up to 4 children (provided they can sleep together in one bed), as well as for up to 4 adults.
