A lovely semi-detached holiday home in a prime location for up to 4–6 people, just 200 metres from the dunes and less than a kilometre from the centre of Zouteland.
The property has recently changed hands and been refurbished.

The property features a neat kitchen with a combi-oven, dishwasher, gas hob, both a Nespresso and a filter coffee machine, and a milk frother for the best cappuccinos. The kitchen is furnished with four comfortable chairs, a stool and a Stokke chair. An Ikea high chair is also available for the little ones. 
In the living room, you’ll find a cosy seating area with a large corner sofa, coffee table and a television with Dutch and German channels via satellite, Netflix and a DVD player. There is also a second dining table in the living room where you can read, work or play games. These games are already waiting for you in the cupboard. Naturally, you can make use of a good internet connection (WiFi).
The hallway houses the toilet, the cloakroom and the washing machine.

There are three bedrooms on the upper floor. The master bedroom has a double bed measuring 180x200cm (2x 90x180) and a single bed measuring 90x200cm. The two smaller bedrooms each have a bed measuring 140x200cm. There are seven single duvets and two double duvets available.

All bedrooms have ample wardrobe space and are fitted with Velux skylights with electrically operated blinds. 
For younger guests, a cot is provided, along with a stair gate for safety.
Finally, on the upper floor is the bathroom with a shower (with a thermostatic mixer tap), a washbasin and a hairdryer.

The south-facing back garden is accessed via sliding doors. Here you will find a large garden table with five chairs (with cushions) and a parasol. There is a low wall surrounding the patio. 
Before the start of summer, a bike rack will be installed at the front of the property to securely store your bikes.
It is a lovely holiday home suitable for families with up to 4 children (provided they can sleep together in one bed), but also ideal for up to 5 adults.
