Semi-detached holiday home for max. 4 guests, with communal heated pool (open during summer months and only for guests of private area De Schakel.). The pool is heated from mid-May to mid-September. 

At the front of the house there are 2 chairs overlooking the pool and playground. A parking area is located next to the communal garden.

The house has central heating and is equipped with free Wifi. Also, the living room has a Smart TV with foreign channels and TV apps (including Netflix etc.) and an internet radio with Wifi and Bluetooth.

Open kitchen with plenty of storage options. Equipped with Dolce Gusto machine, filter coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, fridge, 4-burner gas cooktop and combination oven/microwave.

Bedrooms (2) are accessible via the living room and are each equipped with 2 single beds (80x200), of which one room has a pull-out bed so a cot can be placed if necessary.

Bathroom with open shower, sink and toilet.

Fenced, child-friendly, tiled garden (facing south-west) with large canopy and 2 separate garden sets. The garden is an ideal playground for children. Attached to the house is a storage shed equipped with a washing machine and 2nd small fridge.
The garden also has a drying rack.

Property is located within walking distance of the beach (0.5 km) and Zoutelande (1.5 km) and within cycling distance of Vlissingen, Middelburg and Domburg.

Pets and smoking are not allowed.
