Completely renovated and tastful penthouse for max. 6 persons, at the third floor, directly reachable with elevator to the penthouse, or by stairs. The living area is 155 m2, and two terraces of in total 60 m2, with tastful gardenfurniture.
3 bedrooms! The penthouse is situated at the south, with lots of light and the whole day sun, till dawn.
 
The livingroom with exit to the tweo terraces, has a 85 inch Led TV with foreign channel and German channel. A new, modern kitchen with view at the lake, a dishwasher, an induction hot plate, a microwave, an oven and a refridgerator (with freezer), complete it all. There are two coffee machines, a Senseo, a toaster, a kettle and many other supplies.
 
At the center, at the opposite of a terrace, you can find a large dining table for 6 till 8 persons, from where there is a beautiful view at the water and large ships are clearly viewable. This view can also be enjoyed from the livingroom and the kitchen.
 
The very large masterbedroom contains a large boxspringbed (160x200) for 2 persons, with double mattress and double duvet, from where you can see the water from the side, a 65 inch Led TV with foreign channel, a walk-inn closet, a large bathroom en suite with bath and shower and a direct exit to the outside terrace.
 
The other two bedrooms contain a boxspringbed of 160x200 (double mattress and single duvets) and a bxspringbed 140x200 (double matrress and single duvets). All bedrooms have a stunning view at the symbol of Westkapelle, the lighthouse, from where a special charm (lightperformance)  is sended.

There is an extra bathroom, with bath and shower.
 
The appartment also contains a washing machine, a dryer and a vacuum cleaner.
There are 3 toilets. 
 
The terraces are situated at the south and they contain 4 loungers and each a table for 6 till 8 persons, where you can enjoy all your meals or you can enjoy the lovely far view at the water, the dunes and Westkapelle. 
 
There are two parking places.
