Branding 26 is a luxury 8-person beach villa, completed in 2024 and built under architecture. The spacious villa is less than 400m from the dunes and is fully equipped. 

The villa has a large open-plan kitchen with cooking island and is equipped with luxury appliances, including a large fridge, separate freezer, Nespresso coffee machine and Quooker tap. The living room has a spacious dining table and plenty of room to relax in the spacious seating area. There is a digital, interactive television and a Sonos system. The hall has a coat rack and separate toilet. 

On the ground floor there is another bedroom with television and bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin.

The first floor has three bedrooms, including a master bedroom with television and bathroom with bath, rain shower, double sink and toilet. From the bathroom you can enjoy views of the dunes.

The other two bedrooms on the floor share a separate toilet and a bathroom with spacious shower and double washbasin. On the first floor there is also a laundry room with washer-dryer combination.

Branding 26 is a child-friendly villa. A high chair, cot, children's crockery and stair gate on the first floor are standard in the house.
The entire house has underfloor heating that can be set per room, making it always comfortable. The house is designed and furnished in such a way that you can also enjoy this house with 2 people without it feeling too big.

There is room to park two to three cars in front of the house. There is also a storage room for your beach gear. The two large sliding doors in the living room and kitchen connect the indoor space with the garden. The spacious, sunny garden has two terraces: one with a large dining table under the veranda and one with a lounge sofa where you can enjoy the evening sun. A Weber barbecue is available and the children can expend their energy on the trampoline.

Did you know:
- the entire house has Auping beds and pillows. The bedroom on the ground floor and the master bedroom are furnished with two 90 x 210 cm beds each. The other bedrooms are furnished with 90x 200 cm beds;
- the three televisions in the house are digital and interactive;
- there is an electric charging station on the driveway that you can use with your charging card;
- the villa is sustainably built and virtually energy-neutral.
