- One bathroom with a bathtub, separate walk-in shower, double sink, and toilet.
- One bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet.
There is also a separate guest toilet.

The home is equipped with a washer and dryer.
The home features a loft with a sitting area and a TV with international channels, as well as a separate children’s play area.

The garden, surrounded by dune walls, features a large deck, a spacious lawn, ample dining space, and garden lighting—all at both the front and back. There is a wooden lounge set at the back, a covered bike shed on the side near the entrance, a trampoline and hammock posts at the front, and a volleyball net at the back.
The property is not located on the waterfront.
