What are the cancellation conditions?

In case of cancellation or premature departure there will be no refund according to our rental conditions. We recommend you to take out a cancellation insurance elsewhere for unforeseen circumstances.

If you have already made the entire payment, you will receive the deposit, tourist tax and any additional extras,
will be refunded.

What are your conditions regarding COVID-19 for 2023/2024 ?

In case of cancellation or premature departure there will be no refund according to our rental conditions. We recommend you to take out a cancellation insurance elsewhere for unforeseen circumstances.
For the year 2023/2024 we apply our normal rental conditions for every booking.

The current situation regarding the COVID-19 virus is now known to everyone. Since April 2020, every guest knows about the situation and can make an informed decision when making a booking and accepts that the risk this time is with the guest.
Unfortunately, we do not accept requests for exceptions to the cancellation conditions,
even when the situation arises that guests prefer not to travel and/or there is a negative travel advice and/or quarantine obligation upon arrival and/or return that applies on the date that the rental period starts, officially determined by the Dutch or foreign government.
There is only one exception to this:
In the event of a mandatory government shutdown of Kustlicht Zeeland Vakanties, you can rebook once free of charge within the current calendar year. If the costs associated with the new agreement/booking are higher than the original booking, you are required to pay the difference. If the rental period of your reservation has already started, the above applies to the remaining days of your holiday.
If a rebooking is not possible, you will receive a refund of the amount you paid, minus € 50.00 for processing and handling costs.
A voucher / credit note is only possible if this is done by Kustlicht Zeeland Vakanties and not at the request of the hirer.

What will happen with the things I have forgotten after check-out?

If you have forgotten things after you have left, it's possible to send these things.
We will charge the portocostst of the package + € 10,00 servicecosts.

What is the minimum age to make a reservation?

Minimum age is 25 years.
All properties are privately owned, and (groups of )young people are not permitted.

Are pets allowed in the bungalow or apartment?

Every holiday home is privately owned. 
Not every owner allows pets in their property.
Please check the details of each property on our website for more information.
Max. 1 pet is allowed. If you want to bring more pets, please contact us by phone.
The costs of bringing a pet are min. € 21,00 per pet per period, max. € 21,00 per pet per week.

What are the arrival and departure times?

Arrival at Friday is from 15:30 till 17:30, at Monday from 15:00 till 16:45.
During public holidays and the peak season, arrival time on Friday is from 15:30 till 19:00.
Departure is from 09:00 till 10.30, after the final check (which will be arranged when you arrive).

What is included in the rental price?

The rental price includes gas, electricity and water costs, end of stay clean, and administration costs.
Extra costs are tourist tax (€ 2,00 per person per night) and a deposit of € 100.
Optional extra costs include such things as:
- bedsheets (€ 8,75 p.p.) (2022: € 9,00)
- towels (€ 5,50 per package) (2022: € 6,00)
- kitchen towels (€ 5,50 per package) (2022: € 6,00)
- extra costs for pets (minimal € 21.00 per pet per period, maximal € 21.00 per pet per week) (2022: € 23,00)
- pull-along wagon (€ 3.00 a day/€ 18,00 a week)
- child's bed/high chair/playpen (€ 8.00 per article per weekend/midweek/week) (2022: € 9,00)

Do the holiday homes offer free WiFi?

All of our properties have free WiFi.

Can we rent sheets and towels?

Yes. Sheets can be rented. A package of sheets for 1 person: cost € 10,00 per set. 
The beds will not be made up with sheets; this is not among the services offered.

Yes. Towels can be rented (1 large plus 1 smaller towel): cost: € 7,00 per set.
Kitchen towels can be rented: cost € 7,00 per set.

Please be sure to book these extras one week before your arrival.

Are the bungalows and apartments located near the beach?

Each bungalow or apartment is situated near the beach and the sea.
